Day 18 ~ Justin’s Oneness Becomes You™ “Angelic Recipe”

Your dreams are important. Our dream life can reveal so much. Whether we are dreaming during our nights sleep or seeing those desired dreams of our heart. To create joy in our life we must surrender to our dreams. They are calling us home to ourselves and have abundant power, knowledge and resources.

When we adopt an attitude of “I don’t know how I am going to do it, but I am”, the road opens for us.

Enjoy.

From Justin

Monday, August 06, 2012 (Blossoming):

Today I’ll be lying on our bed supported by pillows, listening using my phone and earbuds.

My written intent before starting (written on my whiteboard): To learn whatever I need to know to begin creating financial abundance.

Day 18 Afterward:

This one was beautiful; very peaceful and relaxing. There was no monkey-mind today, either. I focused on my breathing as I normally do for the first few minutes. I noticed that I was alternating techniques unintentionally. First I would inhale through my nose, exhale through my mouth, and with the next breath I would inhale and exhale through my mouth. I’ll have to pay more attention to that and see if it’s a regular thing.

I felt as if I was in a HUGE room of some sort, which was dark. It was definitely some kind of square room. I felt small in the room because it was so huge. I kept looking around at the dark walls to make sure it was indeed a room and not out in the universe again, like in a previous meditation.

I asked how I was going to get out of the room, and I was then asked the same question in return. I tried climbing and digging to no avail. I just knew I was going to have to climb somehow. At this point, a yellow/white light shone in from above, and I received a message to follow my dreams. It said the answers would be found when I follow my dreams.

Very interesting. I’m interpreting this to represent my current situation of feeling helpless to some extent, and by following my dreams I’ll find the answers I seek. This was a very relaxing meditation.

Deborah’s Feedback:

How perfect this is of course. What I am picking up on is how small we feel and how little light we are allowing ourselves to see and feel when we have a situation where we feel helpless.

Following our dreams is about taking action. Taking action is the opposite of being in a state of feeling helpless. We may see the entire dream or parts of the dream. The light that is always with us if we will just look up to a higher perspective, will guide us to manifest what we want. Sometimes that guidance is for some inner shift to occur and sometimes it is a very directed practical step in the outer world.

The most important thing is to take guided action. When we are not sure of what that action is, we must ask and listen, then move our feet.

Trusting the mystery is important…We didn’t come to know every detail about our journey, the journey itself is why we came. Trust the mystery in following your dreams. When we feel helpless it is just feedback that we need to take a new direction and get out of the box (room)…see, feel and think outside of it.

Many blessings,

Deborah
