Today I’ll be listening through my computer, using earbuds, while supported by pillows on our bed.
My written intent before starting (written on my whiteboard): To inquire about the visions of Sunday, July 22 (day 4), specifically, what I am to know about the words “do”, and “up” which were shown to me.
Day 14 Afterward:
This was pretty cool! I have noticed that for the past few days, there has been no monkey-mind chatter too!
I began by asking what I was to know about the word “do”. I received a message (yet again not sure exactly how I received it), stating that it’s all I need to do. I have planned and prepared enough (regarding my master plan for the future), and now I just need to simply “do”.
When I asked about “up” is when things got real interesting. I don’t remember exactly how it started so I’ll just jump in with what I do remember. (cue Awakening again lightly in the background)…
These are the messages I received:
“up” is a positive word. “up” is positive, and “down” is negative. People always use “up” to describe positive change – “Things are looking up…” “The only way you can go now is up…”, while they use “down” to describe negative change – “I’m feeling down…” “That got me down…”
People do not realize the great responsibility that comes with the ability to speak. These words carry power by themselves, and most people don’t realize it. Listen – and try – try to sound upbeat and positive while saying the word “down” – it just doesn’t feel right. Try to sound depressed or “down” when saying “up”, and again, you’ll realize how difficult it is. It doesn’t feel right to your body. This reveals the positive and negative energy these words contain all by themselves. These words carry power. All words do.
I then asked what I was to know from all this – what it meant for me — and got this: “You must become more conscious of your word choices and the energy your words contain. Your attachments and negative energy from the words you used were removed, and now you must be more conscious about your words. They are powerful. When you speak, you’re also transmitting the energy the word contains. Most people don’t even realize this.
The last couple minutes of the meditation were just me giving thanks and love again.

First I love that while you were writing what happened for you, you repeated the song again. This often supports us remembering what happened and allows further illumination and continued messages as we journal. Love it!
There is not much to add here as it would be very clear to anyone who reads the words you wrote. I will add that not only is is that people do not realize how powerful their words are, many people still won’t believe it initially when the idea is presented!
To accept this is to truly take responsibility for our lives which in the short and long term is just so much more fun.
Here is my stretch in that the angels again are clearly wanting me to quote from the Bible. I am seriously going to have a talk with them about this! LOL

Thank you Justin, words are so powerful. I am reminded of this with my newborn baby boy and his tummy, when my husband and i use harsh words with each other around him, he seems to get more upset at night. Thanks you for sharing and helping me create a better loving space for my family!

How beautifully tuned in you are to noticing how your baby is reacting to the words/energy you are using as a family. These babies/souls coming in are very clearly going to help us to expand our souls if we are willing and I love how willing you are!

Ah, this is powerful stuff! I too, am realizing how the vibrations of words effect me, even those I “think”. This is wonderful validation and servers as a great reminder to stay mindful and in the moment with positive (not fake) words and thoughts.
Thank you Justin and Deborah for sharing this. Through my meditation using the Oneness music Visioning, this morning I was directed to look for Justin’s entry. So, this is beautiful how the Oneness of the music and message spoke to me. An after thought; we can always find something to be positive about, even if it is each breathe we are receiving, and that too is from my meditation this am. Blessings!

Deborah, I think the angels wanting you to quote from the Bible must be their unique sense of humor…but with a strong message.
Part of my issue with Christianity in particular has always been “How can the Bible possibly be perfect, divine, and right, when it was written by *men*, just like you and I, and not only that, but men *with agendas*, too…”
Well, through the relaying of your quotations, the angels certainly are making me think through my ideas even more…

May I add to Deborah’s Bible comment. The reason words are so powerful is that “The Word Was Made Manifest” by God.
And “The word was made Manifest”.
