Our meditation time is to support us aligning with who and what we really are and have become in our expansion. If we even “go there” for a brief moment within our meditation, then we benefit from shifting our vibration more towards who we really are and the joy that is us. It allows us to gain access and sustain that vibration more and more…and isn’t that what we are really wanting?

To your joy,
Thursday, August 02, 2012 (Awakening):
Today I’ll be listening through my computer, using earbuds, while supported by pillows on our bed.
My written intent before starting (written on my whiteboard): To receive anything I may need for my highest good.
Day 15 Afterward:
Today’s session was very calm, peaceful, and relaxing. There were no visuals today, nor any voices or messages received otherwise. There was some mind chatter though, first thinking about a video game I had been playing with Steven, then how we needed to go to the store tonight, followed by vague recollections of a dream I had last night where I was in a house I used to live in.
I did take note of how much easier the monkey-mind was to deal with, and how much more quickly it went away if I just accepted it and didn’t try to fight it. After the monkey-mind chatter is when the feeling of great peace and calm began. It was a very relaxing change of pace!
I MISSED FRIDAY, AUGUST 3, SO DAY 16 WILL BE SATURDAY, AUGUST 4!
A beautiful example of not fighting ego/monkeymind. When we focus on fighting anything, the very nature of focus means that we will receive more of that which we put our attention on. It is Spiritual Law. What you did was not see it as bad or that you were doing anything wrong and therefore saw it as the highest aspect of you does and so you slipped easily into the flow, peace, the Vortex, whatever you want to call it… ultimately in that moment you aligned with You.
A good moment indeed!
