Day 10 ~ Justin’s Oneness Becomes You™ “Angelic Recipe”


I am so excited to be back after my vacation on the Big Island and California so we can post more of Justin’s wonderful experiences. I personally was thinking to post some on vacation, but  was very much guided to just really be on vacation…LOL, since the very idea of vacation time is being away from our normal routine! That being said I love what I do and feel so blessed that is isn’t work to me and so I am grateful to continue our journey with Justin. See my feed back for Justin at the bottom of the post.

Saturday, July 28, 2012 (Labyrinth):

Today was a good, relaxing day, which began with a boxing workout this morning. I listened on our bed, propped up by pillows, using my phone and earbuds.

My written intent before starting (written on my whiteboard): To receive whatever I need for my greatest good.

Day 10 Afterward:

Starting off, I had some monkey mind going on. As usual, I don’t really remember what any of the thoughts were – except one this time. I had a thought about fitness in California and how it is a competitive field there.

A little over halfway through this meditation, I got the “scrambled” feeling again. I felt this again yesterday, but I think I forgot to log it. This particular track, after a few minutes, makes me feel “scrambled” mentally. Not confused…but…just as if I’m incapable of concentrating on any single thought. It’s very interesting. It also makes me feel very at peace and relaxed too.

That’s really it for today. Nice and relaxing, just like the day.

One thing you are bringing to everyone who reads the blog is how important exercise is. Like meditation, it really supports the mind, body, spirit connection and often can be for some people a connective meditative experience in itself. I feel for you that moving a great deal of energy can support a more relaxed meditation.

Fascinating that you are listening to Labyrinth and having a “scrambled” feeling while simultaneously having the experience of peace and relaxation. Labyrinth takes you in then back out again and really can shake things up just like actually physically walking a Labyrinth spiral or matrix.

The “not being able to concentrate on any single thought” is what is supporting you going deeper in many ways into a Oneness state of being.

This music will help us to unscramble old patterns, beliefs, stories and any way of being that is not aligned with our highest self. It has an accumulative effect and can often be pleasurable as well as unsettling. Many people feel like they are losing something and that fuzzy scrambled feeling is really a great thing as the music is working perfectly!

  1. You’re totally right about exercise helping me have more focused meditations. One thing I’ve not yet mentioned is that a while back I realized that exercise itself has served as a form of meditation for me.

    This realization came into full awareness when I was once working out – which includes breathing properly – and actually had a quick out-of-body experience where I actually looked down and saw myself exercising from above. Ever since then, I have often reflected on how exercise is essentially a form of meditation for me!
