Tuesday, July 24, 2012 (Awakening):

Today I sat on our bed, propped up by pillows, no medicine bag, and listening through earbuds using my phone.

My written intent before starting (written on my whiteboard): To receive whatever I need to know right now.

Day 6 Afterward:

Seemingly uneventful, I did feel as if I were a star in the night sky. I felt tiny and the vastness of the universe surrounding me, yet I also felt that I belonged and was right where I was supposed to be. The only other thing I got today were the words “Worked”, and “Forced”. They were red and looked as if they were on fire.

Justin,

I use the word seemingly all the time so I am loving seeing it here. Seemingly uneventful…what does that mean to you?

Do you feel got the message here?

If I asked you to clearly state what the Universe was wanting to convey to you what would it be? Finish this sentence if you choose…“What love wanted to tell me in this meditation is that….

Monday, July 23, 2012 (Infinity, Day 5):

My written intent before starting (written on my whiteboard): To learn what I need to know to get on the path to financial success. (I have been stressed/worried over money today).

In hopes of having a more visual experience, I am doing today’s meditation while lying on Steven’s bed, propped up by pillows, listening on my phone through earbuds.

Day 5 Afterward:

Today at first I couldn’t get my brain to SHUT UP and just “be”. When I finally managed to, I eventually felt a connection with spirit, which made me feel very comfortable. I also felt VERY relaxed as well. I didn’t see much again. I saw what looked like a manhole or something similar (with no cover), and the muscular arm raising once again. Before that though, I again intuited? the word “Press”.

Again, this didn’t make much sense and doesn’t seem real eventful, but I trust that it’s exactly what I needed.

Deborah’s Feedback:

Justin, It makes perfect sense that your monkey mind would be in it’s full glory because of your worry about money…it is like we are creating cobwebs in our brain and those cobwebs would need to be swept out first so that you can relax and get relief from your worry. 

This is exactly what the music can do for all of us and it will have an accumulative effect the more you engage and sit in it or even listen to it as back ground during the day.

Your work/play is to bring relief and states of relaxation to yourself so that you can be in a state of allowing all you want to flow to you. I invite you next time to make friends with the monkey mind thoughts and even begin to write all of what happens for you not just the things you think are worthy. 

I might say ‘Hello, Monkey Mind!~What is it you need to feel safe? What are you wanting to protect me from?” Great questions to play with…BTW anytime we are trying to get rid of something rather than invite what is wanting to be experienced, we just bring more of what it. 

Welcome it all more and more and you will see smooth sailing ahead is what I hear for you.

I love how we can gather a variety of experiences as we journey in various types of meditations. It is important to note that meditation does not have to look a certain way! How freeing is that? Our soul is all about freedom and connection and that is what a musical meditation can add to your life.

Sunday, July 22, 2012 (Infinity, Day 4):

My written intent before starting (written on my whiteboard): To receive any information or any answers which will guide me to my highest good.

Today I was lying on our bed, propped up by pillows, listening on my phone through earbuds. Day 4 Afterward:

Immediately after starting the music and getting relaxed, I saw what looked like a star in the night sky. Just a tiny silver dot, low and on the right side of my vision. A minute later, there were two of them, and a little later they started colliding, as if frolicking about together. They were low and to the right. Then a bit later, there was just one, dead center of my vision and low, at the bottom again.

Near the end of the meditation, I saw what looked like a backwards capital letter “D”, then a little later I believe I saw the word “DO”. After that, I…felt? Intuited? The word “up”.

Other than that, this one seemed pretty uneventful. I don’t understand this – much like with my shamanic journeys, I have clear visions, and then things taper off and don’t seem as eventful – certainly not on a visual plane. I accept it though, and trust that whatever is happening (or not) is exactly what needs to be (or not).

Justin, 

Just so you know, what seems uneventful to you, others who are not yet where you are would love to have the morsels you got! The angels are asking you to remember where you are in your journey and how far you have come and that there is more to be for you.

What I love is the playfulness here. We can get so serious in our journey and expect things to be like fireworks everyday. When we talked on the phone the day I received the guidance to ask you to publicly post and share your journey, the angels reminded you about contrasts. They specifically showed me how as much as we all may enjoy an orgasmic state we are here to have contrasting experiences. How would we get the dishes done? LOL

Open to all the gifts of each day of meditation and engage with the experience more by asking questions, making a mental note of how beautiful what you see is, being grateful about your clairvoyance etc.

Key word here too is frolicking…

I would love for you to take a moment and close your eyes, go back into the visuals of this meditation and ask Archangels Michael, Uriel and Ardekiel, What is it I am to know about the letters/words I saw in this meditation. Breathe deeply and trust first hit impressions. If what you get is not clear, ask questions until it becomes so.

Saturday, July 21, 2012 (Infinity, Day 3):

My written intent before starting (written on my whiteboard): To experience whatever will help me at this time to achieve my highest good.

Day 3 Afterward:

Today I was sitting on our bed, propped up by pillows, listening through earbuds and using my phone. I did not have my medicine bag on.

I listened twice today because the first time I was having problems clearing my mind and putting the chatter and thinking to sleep.

First time:
Saw the word “Worth” in dull gold letters.
Saw the word “People” in a dark blue. This wasn’t real clear, but I’m pretty sure this is the right word.

The rest of this was pretty uneventful, but I did feel very relaxed.

Second time:
I frequently felt like my body was floating, and still very relaxed.

I saw a child, probably no older than 3, in a yard with green grass, being lifted up by an adult who was sitting in a chair. The adult was lifting the child into the chair.

I felt myself dropping slowly down a long tunnel. At the bottom it opened into a big roundish open area, like a mine or something. I just looked around and asked what there was for me here, followed by how could I serve from here. A while later I had a vision of a miner running out…though I was watching from a distance, I was no longer in that big open cave. It wasn’t a big scene, either; it was pretty much just a miner running out, the focus was totally on the miner. No scenery, etc.

I also repeatedly saw some sort of thin, yellow crescent. Like a half moon, only VERY narrow, hardly any thickness, and concave, like looking at the profile of a spoon.

I also saw a profile of a man’s large, muscular arm. It moved up, as if he were drinking something, although there was no hand visible. Just a big muscular arm.

I can’t really make sense of these images. I’m a bit lost on how to interpret today’s experience. It just seems like very random images to me.

Interesting Note:

I felt very “open” spiritually throughout the second time. Also, thinking about my mom paying me for training, I asked her about possibly mowing her lawn and doing a few other chores for some pay, which she very much welcomed the idea of. Monday we are going to talk about the details.

Justin,

Let’s start with the first listen. The words you saw were very significant for you and the rest of the world. The hurdle all PEOPLE must overcome to lift the veil of separation is in understanding who they really are and in that their WORTH.

Even the colors show are important…each having a different vibration and even the the word WORTH was in gold it was dull. When we stand in the vibration of our worthiness it will be even shinier…most people do not understand their worth and I see the blue as representing that.

Onto the second listen:

So juicy!

The child is you. On one hand you are being shown that like the age of a child at three, most are still clear on who they are and are seeing beyond the veil and are in a higher vibration-still lifted up. You are also being shown that you are lifting yourself back into that higher vibration of again knowing who you are.

Going down in the mine (we could actually read this as mind)  is your human experience and shift in vibration. You then say, “I just looked around and asked what there was for me here, followed by how could I serve from here.“ What I love is that you see yourself as the person in the tunnel and then the language shifts to “the Miner” once you have asked the question.

You are being shown what you are/will be doing- running out of the cave. Notice you are running which shows how much you want to get there quickly. What you need to know is that you must journey out of the mine (mind) and into the light and this is where you serve yourself as well as others.

As I tap into the half moon image I see the side view of a human eye…it is telling me that if we only allow our eyes to “see” we will only see a sliver of the whole truth of our experience. A VERY NARROW view indeed right?

Since you are a trainer this image of the man’s arm is perfect. It shows here the strength in flexing our spiritual muscles and drinking in the truth as we “spiritually discipline and train ourselves”.

When we you are not sure about the symbols and imagery given, ask questions of spirit. Let God and the angels know you are not yet familiar with the language and to elaborate for you. Keep asking until you feel that you have “got it”. Often the ‘ah ha’ will even come later as we are re-shown images from our meditation in our every day life.

Very wonderful indeed…the great stuff is that even though in the moment it may not make sense within our human mind, our soul gets it!

Friday, July 20, 2012 (Infinity, Day 2):

My written intent before starting (written on my whiteboard): To tap into my past lives and find out what I need to support me in this lifetime from each of them, preferably with help from “Z”.

Today I will again be half lying/half sitting on Steven’s bed, using my phone with earbuds, and wearing my medicine bag.

Interesting thought: I thought a little today about how I’m more and more knowing what Hayley and Steven are going to say or ask before they do, and I’m saying it to them before they speak.

Day 2 Afterward:

Today was not nearly as visual as yesterday was. I may have been trying or hoping too hard. However, it was still very interesting.

Not long into the meditation, I felt a sharp pain in my chest/core area, pretty much right at sternum level. I heard a voice, which I think may have been “Z” say that the angels were detoxifying my liver. It said I had damaged it from drinking in the past, and that they were healing it. The voice also suggested I continue to abstain from drinking.

Then I felt and saw a dull/average (not bright) yellow light surround me. The voice said it would help me heal. This light was present for probably a couple minutes, and I then heard the voice say that my mind needed to be detoxified before continuing. It then asked if I wanted this cleansing, to which I replied “Yes, please cleanse me for my highest good”. Then a purple light surrounded me and I somehow felt it go inside my head and inside my body as well.

When I asked about my past lives – what I needed to learn from them to support me in this lifetime – there was a chuckle and the voice made some sort of funny statement about trying to hurry and to just relax. It did, however, say that since I already knew I was here to heal, the murder in a past life was to help me understand the angry emotions a killer experiences, so that I may better understand and work with people who have anger issues.

I also felt the confrontation of a battle from another life – one where I think I was a soldier in a war. It’s hard to describe…I just felt confrontation, fighting, fear, adrenaline, and just very emotionally….uncomfortable and discontent.

I felt very content, peaceful, restful before coming out of the meditation, as if I could stay in it for hours. That was it for today.

Interesting Note:

Today my mom said she was going to give me a check for training services. We had agreed that I would plan a workout and train her, which I did, but I had asked to do it for free, mostly to give myself more experience soon after I obtained my certification.

What really stands out for me to speak to you about is the awesome cleansing energy you are experiencing with the music.

Detoxification of mind and body has been experienced by many of us as we have utilized the music of Archangel Ardekiel. I can see you are very open to it and it can vary from person to person and from listen to listen.

Please measure out your water for the day and please support all the clearing you are/will experience with a lot of hydration…we are better receptors this way for our intuitive capacities.

You are very Claircognizant and so you will find more and more your ability to tune into others and have these knowings…

Being receptive to the gifts of others is for your highest good. You are being asked to remember that your source is Source and that Source will deliver to you what you need through a variety of means and people.

You are wanting to give your services away to gain more experience and your mother is wanting to show you that it is beautifully balanced by an exchange of energy…your stretch will be to be able to open to all of it.

Day 1 ~ Justin’s Oneness Becomes You™ “Angelic Recipe”

Today I had the privilege of being guided to ask a wonderful soul named Justin to share his “Angelic Recipe”and subsequent adventure/ journey with the world. Justin has agreed to share all that he experiences publicly as well as to be coached encouraged and stretched by me as guided intuitively.

I want to thank Justin in advance for his vulnerability and saying a “Sacred Yes to this project. I invite anyone moved by these posts to share your love and encouragement as well as any nuggets you receive for his shares. 

We will post as is and we are not concerned with grammar, punctuation or any of the likes…this is about being raw and in the moment with it all!

Thursday, July 19, 2012:

Day 1 of my recipe from Deborah. I’m a bit skeptical about how listening to this music will cause any spiritual change or shift but I’m still very open to the possibility. After all, as a musician myself, I do believe that music is a spiritual experience itself. And as a shamanic practitioner, I’m open to ANY type of spiritual possibility.

That said, I’m writing out where my life is at this point in time, so here goes.

I’m unemployed. I’m trying to work independently as a Personal Trainer in a geographic area where people just don’t value their health and fitness. I do NOT want to go back to “working for the man”. In fact, I’m so dead set against it because I’m enjoying my freedom, that I don’t care if I never work again until I become a psychologist and have my own practice. I hate Corporate America. It took me 10 years of working in it to finally realize that I don’t belong in an office environment, in the midst of corruption, dishonesty, and just plain mean people.

While I’m unhappy with not having any money and relying on my mom and Crystal for pretty much 100% of my financial support, I still do NOT feel eager to go out and get a “job”. “Job” meaning another meaningless, mindless, pointless existence in some building that gives me money every couple weeks. That’s not my higher purpose and doesn’t align with it either, so why should I? To have some money and help with bills? Guess I could, but again, what’s really the point? I’ve had enough of working just to have money. How about working because it’s something I love doing!

I’m studying and planning to take the GRE in the fall and enroll to begin some undergraduate courses in Spring 2012. My intent is to score high enough for admission into Forest Institute, and thus, plan to take the required psychology undergraduate prerequisite courses.

I have only one potential training client lined up, but she needs to obtain two medical releases, so that could take a while. I spend quite a bit of time thinking about how to market myself and get some money coming in. My most recent idea is to have some sort of clinic/meeting, where I give out some free stuff and offer a couple free sessions (or something) to the first X people who sign up for a month’s worth of sessions.

I’m also currently VERY focused on spiritual growth, which I guess explains why I’m even doing this in the first place. I have been working on developing my own psychic and intuitive abilities lately, after having some very stunning success with remote viewing. I have 3 books on the way about further developing one’s psychic/intuition and spiritual growth, which I’m very excited to dig into.

I guess that pretty well sums things up right now…

Thursday, July 19, 2012:

Infinity

My written intent before starting (written on my whiteboard): To form a relationship with a new spiritual guide or archangel, to help me as a mentor, alongside my power animal, the Great Wolf.

Day 1 Afterward:

I either fell asleep and woke up a few times or went in and out of a deep trance. I was half lying/half sitting on Steven’s bed listening to Infinity using my phone and earbuds. I was not wearing my medicine bag. It’s hard to say whether I was sleeping or just in a deep trance, but based on my feelings when doing a shamanic journey, I think I was going in and out of a deep trance state.

I recall sitting in a field with some unknown gray-bearded man and seeing the Great Wolf walking behind him, as if he was going to get something. It was warm and sunny in the field, but not overly hot or humid. All the visuals were VERY clear here – CRYSTAL CLEAR, in fact, and all was in color. The Great Wolf was his usual mostly gray, with some black, and more white colors.

I remember asking the Great Wolf if I could trust this guy, and he said of course, or else he wouldn’t have allowed him into our sacred garden. The man said he was my teacher, and that I could call him “Z” because I saw his name – visually, I saw blue letters which spelled something like “Zieler”…”Z…something i..e..something”, and when he saw I was intimidated at trying to pronounce it, he said I could simply call him “Z”. I remember also telling him that my loyalty was to the Great Wolf…..it’s like he asked me something and I said that in response, but I cannot remember what it was he asked….I’m pretty sure he asked something though.

The other thing I saw VERY clearly was that I suddenly found myself staring into the dark black, frying pan eyes of what appeared to be some sort of native or Mayan person. This was actually very startling because all of a sudden an unknown face was just inches away from mine. His eyes were round and VERY DARK black. His skin was a dark brown, again, like a typical depiction of a Mayan or ancient Egyptian. His eyes were most stunning to me, so I don’t remember much else. His skin appeared smooth and soft, well taken care of. This was NOT the same man who was in the field with the wolf and I.

Interesting Note: Later this night while lying in bed with Crystal, I had said something and then quickly followed it up with “or…(something else, can’t recall)”, and I quickly said, “Were you thinking that?” She said no, and I responded that I wasn’t sure if I had thought it or if I had gotten it from her thoughts. My quick recognition of this type of thing has NEVER happened before! After this, I just noticed that I felt VERY open spiritually. It was like I actually felt the collective consciousness and could almost reach out and grab anything I wanted to know. It was a very rewarding feeling.
